hey mark u seem to have the similar desire like me the only diff being i decided to go for a marathon event and u have decided to set up teh fitness goals for urself, the common thing however is that we were both out of practice, so before u take to this please take the recommendation of a GP and then start accordingly.
anyway hatever u decide it will be better if u kick off with the warm up and then go into the full fledged exercises. |

I guess i have to agree with bongo. Just make sure you don't overdo jogging at the start. Take it easy and have a balanced diet. Do not cheat by eating fattening food. It will only make your jogging go to waste.
