Hi, I stay away from my family, and I do my study and work too, its very difficult to manage time for me and most of my diet is on fast food or snacks From near by stores, well till now I don t seem to have any health problems But i have been told repeatedly by many friends that fast food is not good for health Is it true ?.

well susan its always better to avoid fast food for a long span as diet, you can fast food are food that are fast to prepare, serve and eat. some of the most preferred fast foods are like burgers, hot dogs, pizza, french fries, fried chicken, pies and pre-packed meals .These foods are high in fats like saturated fat, salt, and low in dietary fibre
Such a diet may lead to health problems like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure and even heart disease. susan you can enjoy these foods occasionally in small portion quantity but avoid them as a regular meal. instead if u want ready to eat snack u can go for friuts, salads, ready to eat meat. Most of the Fast food consists of saturated oils & fat which are not good for health . They just consist of nothing but problematic stuff & nothing else.
Every bite u eat of a processed food can make you higher in fat content by as high as 1.5 times as it was previously. So the next time when u take a bite of your favorite fast food remember this I would say we all should stay away from such food which have nothing to offer good for our health. We all know that fast food taste good, and it ok to have it occasionally but our body need nutritious to stay healthy and diet is only the major source from which our body gets nutritious. Usually fast food are very low in nutritious.So a balance diet with nutritious is very essential, and there is no alternative for it. The equation is simple eat good food and get good health. eat junk food and your body will face the consequences sooner or later.

You know you can still study while preparing a sandwich. You just prepare something simple, tuna or chicken, at night before goind to sleep, keep it in the fridge and the next day just put it in sandwiches with lettuce and cheese if you want. It hardly takes a minute. Otherwise find a girlfriend to take care of you.
