If you eat carrots regularly you reduce the risk of formation of gastric ulcer and other digestive disorders. Carrots helps increases saliva and thus helps quick digestion, carrots also provide minerals , vitamins and necessary enzymes.

The benefits that can be achieved from the carrots are unending, several varied conditions leading to specific problems can quite effectively be regulated by the intake of carrots I am listing some of them for our convenience. Carrots are known to boosting immunity (especially among older people), reducing photosensitivity (beta-carotene protects the skin from sun damage), improving symptoms of HIV, easing alcohol withdrawal symptoms, helping to heal minor wounds and injuries, reducing the risk of heart disease,
reducing the risk of high blood pressure, cleansing the liver, and when consumed regularly, can help the liver excrete fats and bile, fighting bronchitis, fighting infection (as they are rich in vitamin A which is known to keep cell membranes healthy, making them stronger against disease-causing microorganisms), improving muscle, flesh, and skin health, helping fight anemia, reducing acne and also improving the overall health of the eyes.

I do eat a lot of carrots. I usually cut them in batons and eat them when I feel hungry or just feel like I want to chew something. It's better than chewing gum anyway. I wish my bf would do the same. He could quit sticking his gums under the kitchen table.
