Ohh Really??? Ouppss!!! :p I’m confused I never heard about that!!! i always thought that chocolate do contain a lot of calories, sugar, fat and other stuffs that are not good for fat people or those willing to lose weight, I mean if you eat it excessively of course!! I think I need to have more info about this and be glad to revert back to you afterwards!!lol... It would be so great if it happens not to be harmful!!

Well they are actually really good whenever you would like to eat some snacks in the afternoon or need a fast nibbling during a trip the Snack Bars is nice substantial, and yummy as well.. They contain healthy fats, fiber and protein, and also recommended for fitness fanatics, as it can help to stabilize blood sugar levels and replenish the body after a hard workout. You may use them as snacks, a force stimulating, as well as a low-calorie mealtime substitution as it goes well with most wants!

According to me, one distinct aspect about these chocolate bars is that it not only helps you to recuperate what you burned up after a hard workout but it also helps you to revitalize. This wholesome organic coconut is one of the affluent supplies of saturated fat, and other vital substances which create energy, so that to speed up the body’s metabolic which are actually not stocked up in the body as fat.

Well I read in a magazine that a survey revealed that Americans may expend more or less $1.4 billion yearly on energy bars. Actually, what they might not be aware about is that a large amount of these foodstuffs are not especially a lot healthier than the habitual sweetie bars which are very high in sugar, low in fiber, and that they do not contain much vitamins, minerals, and nutritive fats. Numerous snack bars assure a rapid source of energy. In addition it is claimed that they provide you vital fats from unprocessed stuffs, thus bringing you several extra healthiness to our body.

I guess it too Mia!! Well if these information are accurate I think that you don’t need to worry a lot about it if you eat them infrequently; not on a regular basis!! Well I happy to hear about this too. I was a bit reluctant before reading this but they helped me to vanish most of my fears!! I feel helpless any time I see a kid gobbling these stuffs up!! I feel so mouth watering that I hardly can help than biting my lips!!

Well Sweet Meemee I think that you are a bit exaggerating! Is has bee mentioned indeed that it could cause much harm in fact. In no ways it has been specifies that you can actually abuse of chocolate in any from it can be!! You need to be extremely cautious! Tell me if you are told that fire doesn’t burn would you still put your hand in it?? I bet that you won't dare!! If some people can do this actually doesn’t mean that all of us can do it!! So it’s all the same of these sweet stuffs!! These informations might have been modified just to get you in a trap!! So be watchful!!
